Food preparation for kayaking multi day tours.

This position is an excellent opportunity to oversee your own kitchen.

We promise our guests plenty of delicious and nutritious food, freshly prepared with a conscious respect for allergies, food sensitivities and preferences. Specializing in fresh salads, seafood and trendy food choices and comforting baked goods.

Required Qualifications: Canadian Real Seal in Cooking or equivalent, from an appropriately accredited institution. A minimum 3 years experience in a food service/cooking. An equivalent combination of industry related education and experience may be considered. FoodSafe and WHMIS certificate. Proficient in MS office and menu costing.
