2017 SEASON - Customer Service Agent Wanted For Reservations  


The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking reservations by telephone and with walk-in clients
  • Maintaining accuracy of calendars
  • Taking cash and credit card payments
  • Preparing clients for tour departures
  • Moving kayaks to assist with tour departures (approx. 50lb weight)
  • Participate in staff training
  • Be flexible to work in various roles
  • Prepare lunches for day trips
  • Helping with washing gear, sweeping and cleaning
  • Being considerate about equipment
  • Projecting a good image
  • Keeping the company and client information confidential
  • Maintaining a professional personal appearance

What we are looking for:

  • Computer experience with Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Cash sales experience
  • Tourism industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Conscientious work ethic
  • Leadership qualities (responsibility/authority/accountability)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Healthy attitude and lifestyle, a level of fitness for the demands of the position
  • Friendly and outgoing
  • Ability to work well under stress

Supervisor Cook required Full time April 1, 2017 – Sept 15, 2017

Food preparation for kayaking multi day tours.

This position is an excellent opportunity to oversee your own kitchen.

We promise our guests plenty of delicious and nutritious food, freshly prepared with a conscious respect for allergies, food sensitivities and preferences. Specializing in fresh salads, seafood and trendy food choices and comforting baked goods.

Required Qualifications: Canadian Real Seal in Cooking or equivalent, from an appropriately accredited institution. A minimum 3 years experience in a food service/cooking. An equivalent combination of industry related education and experience may be considered. FoodSafe and WHMIS certificate. Proficient in MS office and menu costing.
